Terms of Service

Welcome to Arrow Escape (the "Game"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Game provided by TheVayuputra ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Game.

1. License Grant

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and play the Game on a compatible mobile device for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

2. User Conduct

You agree to use the Game only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

  • Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Game.
  • Cheat, exploit, or use automated software (bots), hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Game experience.
  • Use the Game for any commercial purposes or distribution.
  • Disrupt or assist in the disruption of any computer or server used to support the Game.

3. Intellectual Property

All copyrights, trademarks, design rights, patents, code, graphics, level design, and other intellectual property rights in and on the Game are owned by TheVayuputra or its licensors. You do not acquire any ownership interest in the Game under these Terms.

4. In-App Purchases and Advertising

The Game may include advertisements (served via AdMob) and optional in-app purchases. All in-app purchases are handled securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store billing systems. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable store policies or local laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THEVAYUPUTRA OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of the developer's operation, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
